Must Have:
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of experience in a warehouse environment
3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role
Strong time management skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Good to have:
Experience with mail industry production equipment (Bindery, Insertion, Postal sort)
Ability to operate a PC and use application software (Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word)
Experience in mentoring and training staff
Nice to have:
Availability for flexible schedule and overtime (including weekends)
Experience working with outside vendors
Knowledge of safety standards in a warehouse environment
