Role Description
This is an on-site role located in Plano, TX, for a Freelance Recruiter. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing suitable candidates for various roles. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, building relationships with potential candidates, and maintaining a pipeline of qualified professionals for future openings.
Qualifications
- Recruitment and sourcing experience, including an understanding of various recruitment methods and technology platforms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for conducting interviews and maintaining candidate relationships
- Organizational and time management skills for managing multiple hiring processes efficiently
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and familiarity with HR software
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other stakeholders
- Related experience in talent acquisition is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
