This is a systems‑driven role focused on building, optimizing, and managing the operational infrastructure for third‑party events. Unlike traditional event coordination, this position is dedicated to operational backbone development, data integrity, tool management, and logistics planning.
Key Responsibilities- Design scalable operational models for third‑party event workflows.
- Establish project tracking systems, DACI frameworks, accountability matrices, and communication roadmaps.
- Operationalize expense tracking, contracts, and vendor processes to ensure compliance.
- Document detailed SOPs for repeatable third‑party event programs.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to structure lead capture workflows and CRM integrations.
- Set up data tracking frameworks to ensure accurate reporting from Salesforce and related tools.
- Serve as system administrator for Salesforce, Asana, and Drupal.
- 5 years of experience in event operations, marketing operations, or project management frameworks within B2B enterprise technology environments.
- Proven track record in infrastructure, systems administration, and logistics data.
- Proficiency with MarTech systems: Salesforce CRM, Asana, Rainfocus (or similar), and data visualization tools.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for financial and operational modeling.
- Strong communication skills to draft briefs, facilitate alignment, and coordinate cross‑functionally.
- Tech‑savvy with Google Suite and Mac proficiency.
