Job Summary
The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling outbound calls to clients, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various office functions.
Job Description:
- Call center/high call volume experience
- Ability to manage 30-40 calls per day
- Inbound and outbound calling experience in a high paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills Detail-oriented
- Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to use general office equipment
- Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software MS Word (intermediate level a plus)
- MS Excel (intermediate level a plus)
- MS Outlook (experience a plus)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
