Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with inquiries and issue resolution.
Duties
- Communicate with customers via phone to provide information about products or services
- Utilize computerized systems to access and update customer records
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate customer information
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Process sales orders and handle cash transactions when necessary
- Assist with resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
Qualifications:
- Call center/high call volume experience
- Ability to manage 30-40 calls per day
- Inbound and outbound calling experience in a high paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills Detail-oriented
- Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to use general office equipment
- Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software MS Word (intermediate level a plus)
- MS Excel (intermediate level a plus)
- MS Outlook (experience a plus)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
