We are looking for Instructors who will teach In-person Snapology Program, typically 6-8 hours per week using LEGO bricks.

Role Description
- This is a part-time on-site role for an Instructor, located in San Jose, CA. The Instructor will be responsible for leading and facilitating Snapology's educational programs, including classes, camps, workshops, and other interactive activities. Lead groups of 16-18 students through curriculum-guided activities Day-to-day tasks include preparing teaching materials, delivering engaging lessons, managing classroom dynamics, and providing individualized support to children of varying abilities. The Instructor will also organize and maintain program equipment and ensure a safe, positive learning environment for all participants.
Qualifications
- Experience in educational instruction, lesson planning, and classroom management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and parents
- Knowledge of LEGO® bricks, K’Nex, Kindles, and other interactive educational tools, is a plus
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with children of all abilities
- Ability to work part-time on-site in San Jose, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Cupertino CA
- Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Education or Child Development, is a plus
- First Aid and CPR certification is beneficial
