As an Account Executive - Business Development, you will be the driving force behind our growth. Your mission is simple but impactful: conduct sharp outbound cold outreach to home service business owners, pitch them on the power of our platform, and close the deal to bring them into our ecosystem. Responsibilities
- Execute Outbound Campaigns: Actively prospect, cold call, and email home service business owners (contractors, landscapers, roofers, plumbers, etc.) to pitch the value of the Snap Estimate platform.
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: Drive the entire sales process from initial cold outreach and discovery calls to running platform demos, overcoming objections, and closing the deal.
- Demonstrate Platform Value: Conduct highly engaging virtual demonstrations for business owners, showcasing how our frictionless platform connects them with high-intent homeowners effortlessly.
- Manage and Close the Pipeline: Consistently manage a pipeline of prospects, following up diligently on leads to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Negotiate Partnerships: Structure and negotiate subscription tiers, onboarding packages, or partnership terms that align with company revenue goals while delivering massive value to the contractor.
- Maintain CRM Accuracy: Track all outreach activities, notes, and pipeline stages accurately within the CRM to ensure data-driven forecasting.
- Act as a Market Liaison: Gather direct feedback from the field/contractors to help our product and marketing teams continuously improve the platform and stay ahead of competitors.
Qualifications
- Sales Experience: 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, outbound business development, or account management (experience in tech, SaaS, or digital marketplaces is a huge plus).
- Proven Hunter Mindset: A track record of executing cold outreach campaigns (cold calling and emailing) and turning cold prospects into closed deals.
- Closing Ability: Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, conducting platform demonstrations, overcoming objections, and closing contracts independently.
- Industry Familiarity (Preferred): Experience working with or selling to home service professionals, contractors, or the construction/home improvement industry is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently and build peer-to-peer rapport with business owners.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with modern CRM platforms (like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to track pipeline activity and keep data organized.
- Resilience & Drive: A self-motivated, high-energy closer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven by an uncapped commission structure.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
