You'll own the full safety function across multiple sites: OSHA compliance, incident reporting, corrective actions, training, and risk identification. What We're Looking For
- 5 years of safety leadership experience in a manufacturing environment; firm requirement
- Hands-on experience conducting trainings like Lockout/Tagout, Forklift certification, and First Aid/CPR
- Someone collaborative, floor-level present, and genuinely passionate about keeping people safe
