Our client, a multi-location retailer, is hiring a Director of Finance to lead their finance team and drive a major tech upgrade.
In this role, you’ll head up the transition to a modern cloud-based ERP system (BizTrac Financials), redesign the chart of accounts, and manage day-to-day accounting operations. They’re looking for someone with 5 to 7 years of progressive accounting experience, a solid background in retail, and proven success leading ERP implementations. As a key partner to executive leadership, you'll manage a team that includes a Controller and Credit Manager while ensuring full financial compliance.
To match the requirement for 5 to 7 years of experience and system transformation leadership, the position offers a competitive base salary between $125,000 and $150,000 based on qualifications. The full package also includes profit sharing, a 401(k), health coverage, and employee discounts.
