Influencer Coordinator - Bilingual Spanish

Role Overview

The TikTok Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and engaging with Spanish-speaking affiliates, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and motivated to succeed. This role will manage communications across WhatsApp, TikTok, email, and community platforms, assist with onboarding, and help organize campaigns, challenges, and events that drive affiliate performance and participation. The coordinator will also track content, maintain records, and contribute to building scalable processes and resources that strengthen the affiliate program.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and community-focused — someone who can provide professional, friendly support, keep affiliates engaged through clear communication and structured programs, and collaborate with the Affiliate Manager to inspire growth and measurable results.

Responsibilities

Affiliate Support & Engagement

• Respond to Spanish-speaking affiliates via WhatsApp, TikTok, and email with professionalism, accuracy, and a supportive attitude.
• Foster a welcoming and engaging community experience, ensuring affiliates feel valued and motivated.
• Moderate and grow the Spanish-speaking affiliate community (WhatsApp/Discord) to drive participation and connection.

Onboarding & Program Operations

• Assist in onboarding new affiliates, clearly communicating program details, promotions, and rules to ensure understanding and alignment.
• Develop and maintain templates, SOPs, and communication resources to streamline operations.
• Maintain organized records of affiliate communications, content submissions, and performance metrics.

Campaign & Event Coordination

• Organize and track affiliate campaigns and challenges, including monitoring videos, live streams, and other content submissions.
• Support the planning and execution of events, weekly Spanish community meetings, and special initiatives that drive engagement and action.
• Partner with the Affiliate Manager to identify high-potential affiliates and provide support to accelerate their growth.

Research & Insights

• Research TikTok trends, content strategies, and platform best practices tailored to Spanish-speaking audiences.
• Share actionable insights with affiliates and the Affiliate Manager to inform content and engagement strategies.
• Monitor program performance and community participation, contributing to ongoing improvements and reporting.

Travel Requirements

Some travel (15-20%) may be required on an as needed basis, with advance notice provided to the employee.

Qualifications and Skills

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to build genuine connections with diverse audiences.
• Strong customer-service mindset; professional, patient, and solutions-oriented.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and campaigns simultaneously.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using TikTok Shop, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and other digital platforms.
• Proactive problem solver who anticipates affiliate needs and takes initiative.
• Team-oriented and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Preferred: Experience with affiliate programs, influencer marketing, or e-commerce, and knowledge of TikTok trends and content strategies for Spanish-speaking audiences.

Compensation: $50k - $60k annually. This is a 40 hour/week, hourly, non-exempt position.
