The position provides accounting support and financial analysis for the Corporate Treasury Department
Responsibilities
Accounting
* Account for cash transactions, interest expense/ income, inter-company loans, debt, foreign currency contracts, and procurement card transactions
* Import foreign exchange and interest rates into treasury workstation (Quantum)
* Participate in monthly closing processes and account reconciliation
Reporting
* Distribute interest and foreign exchange rates, inter-company loan statements and other reports
* Maintain documentation for accounting procedures
* Provide reports and audit confirmations for auditors
Analysis
* Analyze foreign exchange impact on results
* Provide financial analysis to support various treasury-related items
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
* Assist with review and confirmation of foreign exchange contract
Real Estate
* Support subsidiaries in maintaining database and documentation
* Participate in annual global real estate survey
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
* 1 year of work or equivalent experience preferred
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
* Ability to plan and prioritize work

* Ability to exercise due diligence and maturity in handling confidential data
