Production Assistant

Overview

Snap-on seeks an enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented, and skilled Production Assistant to join our Conway Team. This is an on-site job in Conway, Arkansas. Our ideal candidate is a team-spirited and imaginative filmmaker with an exceptional eye for detail. Responsible in supporting the Production Supervisor and marketing team in capturing and developing exciting marketing video content for web and marketing ads. They collaborate with team members to coordinate, set up, and execute video productions that enhance brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Supports marketing video production
• Effectively captures video content using a wide variety of cameras/equipment
• Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and developing marketing videos for events, social media, & web.
• Assist in the development and implementation of video concepts
• Responsible for coordinating and executing video setups and teardowns.
• Responsible for capturing live equipment demonstrations on-site and in the studio.
• Assist in the capture of videos, pictures, and audio to be used for promotional material
• Responsible for organizing studio and production equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in video production or digital filmmaking
• Past work experience in film/video production. Automotive or technology service background a plus
• Experience producing and executing live video productions on-site and in the studio.
• Advanced experience in photography and videography
• Advanced knowledge of video production and on-set etiquette
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of cameras, sound, lighting, and studio equipment.
• Advanced Experience in Adobe Suite
• Detailed Oriented
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, along with presentation skills
• Works well with challenging tasks and deadlines
• Advanced Experience in full Microsoft Office suite
• Must be proactive and display a high level of initiative
• Highly driven individual that works well within a team environment.
• Must submit a Demo Reel and examples of previous work.
