We’re looking for an Esthetician that provides specialized skincare services in a spa or medical spa environment, working closely with clients to join our team. This role involves delivering professional facial treatments, conducting skin analyses, body contouring, Microneedling and offering expert product recommendations to enhance client satisfaction. The esthetician maintains strict sanitation standards while managing appointments and supporting sales efforts. There are opportunities for professional growth within the role. This is for a part time position 10-20 hours a week with opportunities for increased hours
Responsibilities
- Perform facial treatments with or without Microneedling as well as body contouring tailored to client skin types and preference
- Conduct thorough skin analyses with our AI powered skin analysis and client consultations
- Recommend appropriate skincare products and routines
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and hygiene standards
- Schedule client appointments efficiently
- Assist with retail sales and product promotions
- Educate clients on skincare and pre/post-treatment care
Required Qualifications
- Certification from an accredited esthetician program
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in esthetics
- Experience with skincare treatments and facial techniques
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of sales and sanitation practices
- Effective time management abilities
Salary : $22 - $25
