This role (12–20 hours/week) is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with others and takes pride in supporting a healthy, goal-driven lifestyle. Weekday availability is a must (Monday-Friday, 4pm-8pm), with possibility of some weekend shifts (10am-2pm).
We're especially interested in candidates with experience in customer service, administrative support, or fitness — people who notice the little things, love helping others, and thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.
What You'll Do:
- Greet members with warmth and enthusiasm, setting the tone for their fitness journey.
- Assist with phone, email, and in-person inquiries, providing stellar customer service.
- Manage memberships and trainer schedules using our software.
- Support marketing efforts, including social media engagement.
- Ensure our gym is welcoming and tidy, performing light facility upkeep (we have a dedicated cleaner).
- Document and communicate notable occurrences to the team.
