Role Description
This is a full-time Field based role for a Territory Sales Manager, based in Toledo, OH with some opportunities to work from home. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business goals, building relationships with medical providers, and managing customer accounts. Other responsibilities include conducting training sessions, ensuring superior customer service, and driving revenue growth within the assigned territory.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience in Customer Service and building positive client relationships
- Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written abilities
- Capability in providing training and presentations to clients and teams
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Background in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is beneficial
