KEY ACCOUNT SPECIALIST / PROJECT COORDINATOR
Snap Creative Marketing is growing and we’re adding another member to our Client Services team. If you have 1-2 years of account or project management experience and are interested in joining a team focused on successfully launching and running marketing programs across our cable television / entertainment customer base, we want to hear from you!
Our Client Services team is driven to manage projects from kickoff to launch. The team consistently manages client expectations, schedules, assets and scopes—organization and attention to detail is essential. Our team makes decisions and finds solutions quickly and with confidence, always keeping all key stakeholders in mind. More than anything, the team ensures that the agency provides world-class service in developing campaigns that are focused on delivering on our clients’ needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaise between clients and internal staff to coordinate and manage all logistics involved in preparing programs for launch, including offline and online materials
- Administer project timelines for assigned programs
- Track project tasks to ensure all milestones are met in a timely fashion
- Become main point of contact to keep client informed
- Work cross-functionally with internal groups to collaboratively develop projects
- Consult daily with Sales team to ensure client's needs are met
- Develop and maintain positive and energetic relationships with clients (both internally and externally)
Qualifications/ Skills
- 1-2 years account or project management experience
- Close attention to detail and task master mentality; think strategically, and act tactically
- Some industry experience in marketing a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience with direct marketing (especially print production including direct mail) is a plus
- Prior experience with project management software is a plus (Wrike, Asana, FunctionPoint, Jira, etc.)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
