A day in the life.... The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for weekly house checks for homes in the property management program. The role will also be responsible for diagnosing problems and responding to calls for repairs to private residence. Daily checks of the clubhouse, Sylvan Lodge, and amenity buildings; assist with basic pool maintenance and water testing.
Requirements:You own this is you have...
- Background in Building/Residential Maintenance
- Some experience with plumbing, electrical, sewer and HVAC systems; hotel industry experience is a plus
- Problem-solving aptitude
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in Facility Management is preferred
- Valid Certified Pool Operator is a plus (CPO)
