What You’ll Do
- Perform and improve preventive maintenance programs
- Troubleshoot and repair gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, fans, and more
- Promote and model safe work habits
- Train teammates on technical skills and safety practices
- Manage tools, track spare parts, and keep workspaces organized
- Respond to urgent repairs to minimize downtime
- Use MIG/TIG welding and fabrication tools
- Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, steam systems, and automated equipment
- Follow OSHA, GMP, and food safety standards
