What You'll Do
Depending on the role, you may:
- Troubleshoot and repair production machinery and equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
- Install, modify, and maintain manufacturing equipment
- Fabricate, repair, and replace machine components as needed
- Perform millwright duties including equipment assembly, alignment, and installation
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics
- Weld, fabricate, and assist with equipment upgrades and improvement projects
- Test equipment following repairs to ensure reliable operation
- Complete maintenance records accurately
- Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility
What We're Looking For
- Experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, Millwright, Fabricator, Maintenance Technician, or similar skilled trade
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with manufacturing equipment repair and installation
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics
- Welding and fabrication experience required for Fabricator/Millwright positions
- Commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail
- Desire to learn new skills and grow within the company
