We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Manager to help bring the Snacky Girl world to life online and grow our community in a thoughtful, aesthetic, and authentic way.
Role Overview (Part-Time)
You’ll be responsible for managing and growing Snacky Girl’s social presence, primarily on Instagram, through content creation, scheduling, engagement, and strategy.
This is a part-time position with flexible hours, but consistency and reliability are key.
Responsibilities
Manage Snacky Girl’s Instagram account day-to-day
- Create, schedule, and publish content (posts, reels, stories)
- Edit short-form video content (Reels)
- Write engaging, on-brand captions and calls to action
- Maintain a cohesive, clean, and artistic aesthetic
- Engage with the community (comments, DMs, meaningful interactions)
- Track performance and suggest growth strategies
- Collaborate on content ideas, launches, and promotions
Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand
- Strong understanding of Instagram (Reels, Stories, trends, analytics)
- Excellent eye for design, composition, and visual storytelling
- Experience with content creation and basic video editing
- Strong writing skills and ability to match brand voice
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines
- Passion for food, home, gardening, lifestyle, or creative brands
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
Bonus (not required, but a plus):
- Experience with small businesses or product-based brands
- Photography or styling experience
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
