Job Summary
Snackruptors USA Inc. is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Packer to join our manufacturing team in Mountville, PA. The Packer is responsible for packaging finished products into customer-ready containers or work-in-process packaging while maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring products are packaged accurately, safely, and according to company and customer specifications.
2nd Shift Schedule:
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Additional overtime or schedule adjustments may be required based on business needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare boxes, bags, and containers for packaging finished or bulk products.
- Package products according to established specifications and production standards.
- Verify proper labeling, coding, and orientation of packaged items.
- Maintain accurate product counts and case quantities.
- Apply labels, date codes, and other required markings accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment throughout the shift.
- Follow all company safety, food safety, GMP, sanitation, and quality procedures.
- Report food safety, quality, or safety concerns immediately to supervision.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and team production goals.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and workplace standards.
Food Safety & Quality Requirements
Employees are required to comply with all food safety and quality programs, including but not limited to:
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- HACCP Programs
- Allergen Control Programs
- Sanitation Standards
- SQF and Food Safety Procedures
- Workplace Safety Policies
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment safely and effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis.
- Basic math and counting skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and GMP practices preferred.
Physical Requirements

- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting
