About SnackBOX
SnackBOX is a growing company that creates and ships snack boxes for individuals, businesses, events, and organizations across the country.
We're a small, hardworking team, and we're looking for a dependable, energetic person to join us in our Anoka warehouse. We work hard, move quickly, help each other out, and like to have fun while getting the job done.
If you're someone who enjoys staying busy, working with your hands, and being part of a team, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
As an Assembly & Warehouse Associate, you'll help with many different parts of our daily warehouse operation, including:
- Sorting and organizing snacks
- Folding and preparing SnackBOX packaging
- Assembling and packing snack boxes
- Preparing products and orders for shipment
- Assisting with shipping and order fulfillment
- Receiving, organizing, and moving inventory
- Stocking assembly and packing areas
- Keeping warehouse and work areas clean and organized
- Assisting with daily cleanup
- Helping with general warehouse duties as needed
- Pitching in wherever needed to help the team complete orders on time
Our workload can change from day to day, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable moving between different tasks and helping wherever needed.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
This is an active, hands-on position. While the work is generally not strenuous, employees spend most of the workday on their feet and moving around the warehouse.
The position involves:
- Standing for extended periods throughout the workday
- Frequent walking and movement between workstations and warehouse areas
- Repetitive packing, sorting, folding, and assembly tasks
- Reaching, bending, and moving products and supplies
- Lifting and carrying boxes and warehouse materials as needed
- Working at a steady and efficient pace throughout the day
For employee comfort, our assembly and packing stations are equipped with supportive anti-fatigue floor mats.
Applicants should be comfortable being on their feet and staying active for most of their shift. This is a great position for someone who enjoys moving around and staying busy rather than sitting at a desk all day.
What We're Looking For
You don't need years of warehouse experience. We're much more interested in finding someone with a strong work ethic and a great attitude.
The right person will be:
- Dependable and on time
- Comfortable working at a quick and consistent pace
- Able to follow instructions and pay attention to details
- Willing to learn
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable being on their feet and moving throughout the workday
- Willing to help with different warehouse tasks as needed
- Positive and easy to work with
