What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter position at Snack Innovations?
About Snack Innovations
Snack Innovations is a fast-growing consumer packaged goods company with a passion for better-for-you snacking and the parent brand behind Drizzilicious, Natural Endurance, Smart Fries, and Sunday Snacks. Operating as both a private label manufacturer and direct-to-consumer snack brand innovator, we’re rapidly expanding and looking for driven, entrepreneurial people to grow with us.
Role Overview
Snack Innovations is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. You will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and placing top talent across our portfolio of better-for-you snack brands and private label operations. In this role, you will partner closely with our internal team across functions — including operations, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and finance — to understand workforce needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies that support our continued expansion.
You will own full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles, from plant operations and supply chain to brand and commercial functions, including sourcing, resume screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified CPG and food manufacturing candidates, and for cultivating relationships with specialized recruiting agencies, trade schools, and industry networks relevant to our space.
Core Responsibilities
· Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle across all functional areas including operations, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, sales, and finance — supporting multiple open roles simultaneously and driving efficient, quality hiring outcomes.
· Candidate Experience: Deliver a smooth and professional candidate experience through timely communication, honest feedback, and consistent follow-through from first outreach to offer.
· Hiring Manager Partnership: Serve as a trusted partner to department leaders across Snack Innovations' brand and operational teams, providing strategic guidance on recruitment approaches and delivering a high level of service throughout every search.
· Talent Sourcing: Deploy a range of creative sourcing strategies including job boards, LinkedIn, industry networks, and agency partnerships to attract top CPG and food manufacturing talent. Proactively build pipelines for high-frequency and hard-to-fill roles.
· Labor Market Intelligence: Stay current on CPG and food manufacturing hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to inform sourcing strategy and set realistic expectations with hiring managers.
· Business Acumen: Develop a working understanding of roles across the business — including plant operations and production floor functions — through direct engagement with teams, enabling better candidate assessment and improved hiring fit.
· Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment workflows to reduce time-to-hire, improve candidate quality, and scale effectively alongside business growth.
· Data Tracking and Reporting: Utilize ATS tools to manage candidate pipelines and deliver regular recruitment updates and metrics to leadership. Maintain accurate records in compliance with applicable employment regulations.

· Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple open requisitions and competing deadlines simultaneously
