Core Responsibilities
- Documentation Management: Keeping project plans, risk logs, and status reports updated, connecting with vendor and staying organized.
- Financial & Resource Tracking: Monitoring project expenses, resource allocation, and budget burn rates.
- Meeting Coordination: Scheduling stakeholder meetings, recording meeting minutes, and tracking action items to ensure follow-up.
- Reporting: Compiling project metrics and building dashboards for leadership and executives.
- Methodology Enforcement: Assuring that the team complies with internal delivery standards and governance practices.
- Organization: 2-3 years of high attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for cross-departmental coordination.
- Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. ERP experience is preferred.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to spot anomalies in project data and track risks.
