About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Vending Specialist to support our operations by ensuring our vending machines are always stocked, clean, and functioning. This is a customer-facing role, perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy, has great time management skills, and takes pride in doing things right the first time.
Key Responsibilities
- Restock vending machines across assigned routes using inventory lists and delivery schedules
- Track and manage product inventory levels, expiration dates, and popular items
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of each vending machine
- Troubleshoot and report basic technical issues or malfunctions
- Interact with building managers or customers as needed, professionally representing Snack Hives
- Ensure timely completion of restocking routes and accurate daily logs of completed tasks
Required Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle
- Prior experience restocking or servicing vending machines (or similar field experience)
- Comfortable lifting and moving boxes (up to 30 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and self-motivated work ethic
- Ability to use a mobile app for logging tasks and inventory
