Join our team as a Sales Associate at Snack’d, located in Southlake Mall. Snack’d is a fast-growing retail concept focused on viral snacks, international products, and trending items from around the world.
This is a high-energy, customer-facing role where you will actively engage with customers, recommend products, and help drive sales. You will play a key role in creating a fun, memorable shopping experience while promoting our products and deals.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, confident, and comfortable interacting with customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
Duties
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and energetic manner
- Recommend products based on customer preferences and trends
- Upsell bundles, combos, and additional items to increase sales
- Conduct product demos and highlight popular or trending items
- Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays
- Restock inventory and ensure shelves are fully stocked
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting customers
- Stay informed on products and current trends to better assist customers
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy with a positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to confidently recommend and upsell products
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Basic experience with POS systems and cash handling
- Ability to learn quickly and take initiative
- Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sales or upselling experience
- Familiarity with social media trends (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Additional Information
This role requires active engagement with customers and the ability to stay on your feet throughout the shift.
Selected candidates may be asked to complete a short in-store trial to demonstrate customer interaction and selling ability.
Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour
