Snack Attack Specialty Sandwiches and Brews is a local, veteran, family owned, fast casual sandwich bar that focuses on offering great quality food, a vast local beer selection all in a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
We are looking for a passionate, hospitable, reliable AND dependable front of house food and beverage server/shift leader that enjoys customer service and loves to work in a fast paced environment! Ultimately, you will ensure all aspects of your shift run smoothly and effectively. Job general responsibilities include but not limited to:

- helping with catering orders and deliveries
- running the expo line ensuring all orders come out correctly from the kitchen

- manual labor including sweeping and mopping, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning toilets and keeping dining room clean and tidy
- This supervisor shift leader position also includes:
- managing other employees attentiveness
- keeping employees on task and making sure they complete their daily duties with quality
- watching labor rates
- managing ticket tickets, helping the kitchen staff if needed
- ensuring guest satisfaction
- sense of urgency
- maintaining organization
- cash/accounting handling

- helping with catering orders and deliveries
- plus acting as a key holder to open/close the restaurant.
- This team member will be working closely with the operating owners in regards to communicating daily occurances and working with kitchen lead to keep food quality, pars and ticket times on schedule.
Team member must be able to work well with others in a fast past environment, pay attention to detail, lead by example and have great customer service skills. Supervisor experience is required. Position is 12-18 hours a week depending on the week.
This position will approximately be 1 server shift and 2 shift leader shifts. Server shifts run approximately 3-4 hours and shift leader shifts run approximately 5.5 hours.
Server hours: generally 11:45am to 2:30-3pm on weekends (1-2 days depending and possibly Thursday/ Friday night shifts if events 5:30pm to 7:30-8pm
Shift lead hours: Closing at least 2-3 nights a week (must be available Tuesday and Wednesday nights) 4:15pm to 9:15pm.
Flexible availability is required to help cover other shifts if needed.
Starting pay is Colorado Tipped Min Wage/hr plus pooled tips. On average this position brings in pay of $18-30 per hour before taxes. This is a performance based position. Better work ethic= higher pay.
MINIMUM 3 YEARS RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR IN A LEADERSHIP POSITION REQUIRED.
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
