Critical Work Responsibilities Include
- Apply advanced analytical and evaluative techniques to assess and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of TSC and partner screening operations, including organizational productivity and program performance, mentor, train, and support quality assurance for more junior personnel.
- Maintain a strong understanding of relevant laws, policies, and regulations that influence program and resource management across interagency screening operations.
- Conduct in-depth studies and execute projects to develop or refine work methods, organizational structures, administrative processes, and support systems to improve operational outcomes.
- Evaluate, interpret, and tailor intelligence data to customer requirements using advanced research methods and automated intelligence databases, produce reports and briefings for internal and partner agency use, mentor, train, and support quality assurance for more junior personnel.
- Effectively communicate complex findings to executive leadership through clear, persuasive oral and written formats including briefings, reports, charts, and other analytical products.
- Must have an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in a related field and/or position.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (or Associate’s Degree 9 years of relevant experience, or 11 years of relevant experience).
