What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Marine Mobile Detailer position at SN Yacht Services?
Overview:
We are seeking a person to join our team. As a Lead Detail tech, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring boats, yachts and vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and detailed to the highest standards and/or properly winterized and Shrink Wrapped for the winter! Responsibilities:
-Over see each job, & make sure they are up to our standards!
- Communicate with the office on scheduling jobs, and ensure timeline for each job is followed! While upholding SN Yacht Services Standards!
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior
- Vacuum, shampoo, and steam clean carpets, upholstery, and other surfaces
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Apply wax, polish, and other protective agents to maintain the vehicle's appearance with machine and by hand
- Remove stains, debris, and odors from vehicles
- Perform minor repairs or touch-ups as needed
-Show up on time, in clean uniform an person hygiene up to par.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
Skills:
- Previous experience in custodial or detail-oriented work preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of buffing techniques an mechanical abilities is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in the outdoor climates and on the water!
