What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tax Clerk position at SN Servicing Corporation?
SN Servicing Is looking for someone with Tax experience to join the Tax department. This position would ensure property tax payments are made in a timely manner as a service to the borrower. All non-escrowed and REO properties are monitored and handled per investor guidelines
Some duties includes:
- Set up all new loans in ILS tracking for monitoring and payments.
- Verify parcel number with collateral to ensure payment is to the correct property.
- Verify the status of property taxes.
- Pay all escrow property taxes in a timely manner to ensure they are paid by due date.
- Contracting any new loans with Corelogic for tax payment
