We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong cloud, automation, and CI/CD experience and a background in the Energy / Utilities domain. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable infrastructure, automating deployments, supporting cloud environments, and improving application reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
- Manage and automate cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar tools.
- Automate build, deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.
- Manage Jenkins, Git, GitHub/GitLab, or similar DevOps tools.
- Monitor applications and infrastructure and troubleshoot production issues.
- Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and application teams.
- Implement security, scalability, availability, and performance best practices.
- Support enterprise applications used within Energy / Utilities environments.
- Participate in production deployments, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering.
- Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Strong knowledge of Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong Linux/Unix administration and scripting skills.
- Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab.
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
- Energy / Utilities / Oil & Gas / Power industry experience preferred.
