Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated, personable, and organized individual to join our growing plastic surgery and wellness practice as a Patient Care Coordinator / Receptionist. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment, enjoys patient interaction, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and patient care.

Our practice focuses on aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery, skin health, wellness, and hormone optimization. We are looking for a team member who is professional, detail-oriented, and able to multitask while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our patients.

• Managing the daily office schedule and patient flow
• Answering incoming phone calls and responding to emails promptly and professionally
• Scheduling consultations, follow-up appointments, procedures, and surgeries
• Coordinating surgical scheduling and communicating pre- and post-operative instructions
• Following up with patients regarding wellness and hormone optimization programs
• Assisting with patient communication and maintaining excellent patient relationships
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensuring the office environment remains clean, organized, and professional
• Supporting physicians and staff with daily office operations as needed

• Prior medical office experience required
• Plastic surgery, aesthetics, dermatology, or wellness experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and surgical scheduling is highly beneficial
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work independently while functioning well within a team environment
• Proficiency with computers, email communication, and electronic medical records systems
