Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for assigned patients.
- Provide education and support to patients and families on disease management and self-care.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Maintain current clinical knowledge and competency in skills related to the clinical RN role.
Qualifications:
- An Associate's degree or diploma from an accredited Nursing program.
- Valid and active RN licensure from the appropriate state.
- AHA BLS certification required.
