- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives, fostering a culture of service, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive new business development across your region by setting ambitious goals, supporting prospecting efforts, and identifying strategic opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance; provide actionable feedback, set clear expectations, and celebrate wins.
- Collaborate with company leadership to align regional sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Support customer relationships by engaging with key accounts, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring the highest standard of service.
- Champion SRM Concrete’s values in every interaction—modeling integrity, professionalism, and a “We Say Yes” mentality.
- Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, Billing, and Quality Control to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new Sales Representatives, ensuring they are equipped for success.
- Represent SRM Concrete at industry events, networking opportunities, and within the local community.
- Inspirational leadership style with a proven track record of developing and motivating high-performing sales teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to set priorities, multitask, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building trust-based relationships with customers, team members, and partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems, digital tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of the local market and customer base, or a strong desire to become an expert in the ready mix concrete industry.

- Experience in sales management, business development, or contractor estimating/project management is highly valued.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the region to support your team and meet with customers.
- Ability to work in a hybrid office/field environment, including regional travel and exposure to job sites and operational settings.
