Our Block Team is growing in Chattanooga, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to join us!
- Operate block-making machinery safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Perform daily cleaning, inspection, and maintenance of the block machine
- Communicate equipment issues and repair needs promptly to the Plant Manager
- Assist with preventive maintenance and general plant repairs as needed
- Operate rolling and support equipment when required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Participate in end-of-shift plant cleanup activities
- You’re a team player who communicates well and shows up ready to work.
- You’re physically able to handle a job that keeps you moving in all kinds of weather.
- High school diploma or equivalent is helpful, but not required.
- Willingness to complete our pre-employment screenings.
