```Duties```
- Provide a wide range of beauty services to clients, including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments
- Provide consultations to clients and recommend appropriate beauty products or treatments
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
```Qualifications```
- Valid cosmetology license
- Proven experience as a cosmetologist or hairstylist
- Proficient in a wide range of beauty techniques and services
- Knowledge of salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client information
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices for tools and equipment
- Experience with hair extensions is a plus
- Previous experience in store management or mentoring other stylists is a plus
