SMX is seeking HUMINT Analyst SME to join our growing team of Mission Support Experts.
This position requires a DoD TS/SCI security clearance which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- F3EAD Integration: Synchronize human intelligence with the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, and Disseminate targeting cycle to disrupt high-value networks
- Provide expert oversight for the rapid interrogation and tactical document/media exploitation (DOMEX) during direct-action missions
- Manage complex validation processes to mitigate "insider threats" and ensure the integrity of human sources in high-threat environments
- Coordinate sensitive activities with National-level agencies and Host Nation security elements to ensure operational deconfliction
- Direct low-visibility operations and the use of specialized technical surveillance equipment in support of human collection
- Deploy as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI
- 10 years in intelligence experience, with a minimum of 5 years supporting SOF
- Graduate of an advanced, Tier-1 HUMINT course (e.g., ASOC, MOTC, or DATC)
- Proven track record of operating in "grey zone" or contested environments where standard military support is limited
- Mastery of specific targeting tools and biometric identity management systems (eg, BAT/HIIDE)
- Ability to provide real-time, high-pressure briefings to senior mission commanders and strategic stakeholders
- Deep understanding of Title 10 vs Title 50 authorities and the legal constraints of sensitive military operations

The proposed salary for this position is:: $98,000 USD - $150,000 USD
