We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, cloud-native technology initiatives within a fast-paced Payments environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, extensive Agile program delivery experience, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional engineering teams while driving strategic technical programs from planning through execution.
Only qualified candidates located near O'Fallon, MO will be considered due to the hybrid onsite work requirement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while driving complex technical programs.
- Extensive experience managing and delivering cloud-native software platforms at enterprise scale.
- Strong understanding of cloud platform capabilities and underlying technologies.
- Demonstrated success breaking down complex problems, organizing work, planning sprints, and delivering programs using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Experience leading technical programs focused on building scalable cloud-native products and platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous process improvements.
- Ability to collaborate with and influence business stakeholders, architects, engineers, product teams, and designers to define effective delivery strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage executives, leadership teams, and technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence teams across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Hands-on experience with the software development lifecycle, including technical program delivery involving software development and testing.
