The opportunity
- Stock presses with necessary supplies and wash presses when needed
- Manages all trash and maintains a clean shop floor
- Operators motorized lifts and takes skids to shipping department
- Support teammates to ensure they have all the supplies they need to run
- Work with teammates to help them meet production goals
- Strive to be proficient at all position responsibilities
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Preferred 3 years' work experience
- Ability to read and speak English and follow work instructions
- Possession of various mechanical skills is strongly preferred
- Ability to stand for the entire shift
- Able to operate motorized vehicles
