Production Worker

Location: 5050 E 50th Ave, Denver CO

Shift: Must be flexible to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift). Once training is completed, will be notified which shift will be hired on.

Overtime: Must be flexible to work daily overtime and/or Saturday overtime.

Training: will take several weeks, and will take place during day time hours.

Starting Pay: $22.84 an hour

 

Primary Duties:

Safely perform a wide range of tasks that include stacking corrugated product, conducting quality checks, material set-up, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. 

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safe, demonstrated the ability to work in a fast paced environment, a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery and have a desire to advance within the company.

 

Responsibilities:

• Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, operate power hand tools, and other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations.
• Ability to lift, push or pull 50lbs, navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift.
• Must be able to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on your position.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment or similar type work
• Corrugated box manufacturing experience a plus
• A strong desire to advance within the facility
• High School diploma or GED equivalent

The starting rate is $22.84 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, 10 days of paid vacation, and 11 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change.
