The Opportunity
Based in Flint, Michigan, the 1st Shift Production Line Lead oversees a machine line and its employees to ensure efficient assembly of customer orders.
Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm
Pay Rate: $20/hr

How You Will Impact Packaging Solutions Smurfit Westrock
- Lead and work alongside the crew to prepare products, including packing, unpacking, repackaging, building bundles, printing boxes, and applying labels.
- Receive, log, and track new and returned products.
- Maintain compliance with all safety and quality standards.
- Assist with Team Lead duties when needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years of experience leading a crew in a production environment; corrugated manufacturing experience preferred.
- Able to operate PIT equipment
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Basic computer skills.
