We are seeking Production Workers at our Yakima, WA location. You will be responsible for different phases of the production process and for efficiently producing high-quality product. Responsibilities for your role will also include performing quality assurance checks during the production process and managing the upkeep of the of the machines.

• Someone with a proven record of performance, attendance and attention to detail.
• Has demonstrated the drive to achieve and move up in previous jobs
• Initiates his/her own learning; gets along well with others; is helpful; can handle the physical requirements (heat, noise, shift work 8's and 12's.
• Can work inside, outside, etc.) and has the mechanical, numerical, and verbal aptitude to learn our jobs quickly.
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

• Must be available for any of the 3 shifts
• $19.57 increase to $25.49 after probation
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• A minimum of 3 years of full-time or part-time employment or schooling (or combination) within the last 4 years
• Availability to work all 3 rotating shifts (days, swing and grave) including weekends and holidays.

The starting rate is $19.57 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, 10 days of paid vacation, and 11 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change.
