How You Will Impact Smurfit Westrock
- Assists in troubleshooting problems and teaching others how to react
- Assists in the planning and completion of production projects
- Administratively track any trials, changes and continual production information
- Assists in organizing and implementing any changes or trials
- Makes daily checks of production output and contributing factors
- Promotes daily safety communications while helping ensure a clean environment
- Process customer complaints offering corrective actions
- Maintains communications with customers while helping correct problems
- Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering or Pulp and Paper Science Engineering
- Experience in a process engineering role (2 years experience, or combination of co-op / internship experience)
- Pulp & paper mill background is a plus
