We are seeking General Laborers at our Cerritos, CA-Facility. You will be responsible for different phases of the production process and for efficiently producing high-quality product. Responsibilities for your role will also include performing quality assurance checks during the production process and managing the upkeep of the of the machines.

Someone with a proven record of performance, attendance and attention to detail; has demonstrated the drive to achieve and move up in previous jobs; initiates his/her own learning; gets along well with others; is helpful; can handle the physical requirements (heat, noise, shift work 8's and 12's, can work inside, outside, etc.) and has the mechanical, numerical, and verbal aptitude to learn our jobs quickly.

- Primary duties include safely performing a wide range of tasks that include stacking corrugated product, conducting quality checks, material set-up, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safe, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery and have a desire to advance within the company
- REQUIRED to work daily OVERTIME, weekend work and various shifts depending on your position
- Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, operate power hand tools, and other duties as assigned.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills. Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations.
- Ability to lift, push or pull 50lbs, navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift.
