Primary duties include safely performing a wide range of tasks that include stacking corrugated product, conducting quality checks, material set-up, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safely, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery and have a desire to advance within the company.

Candidates for consideration must be able to do the following:
- Work safely and follow Safety rules and regulations.
- Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific directions, operate power hand tools, and other duties assigned.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Be able to lift, push, or pull 50lbs., navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel through the entire shift.
- Be willing to work ANY shift.
- Be willing to work Overtime, as it may be required on occasion.
- Work in a non-climate-controlled environment(hot/cold)
- Stand on their feet for up to 12 hours per day.
- Must have basic math and computer skills, be able to read a tape measure, and be able to read/write/communicate in English.
- Ability to adhere to WestRock’s policies and procedures.
- PPE is a requirement for employment. Examples of required PPE are as follows: Safety toed shoes(steel or composite), ear plugs, bump camp, safety glasses, gloves, sleeves, etc.
- Absolutely NO Jewelry is allowed on the plant floor(silicone or otherwise). This includes all body piercings.
