Job Overview
The Corrugator Production Supervisor will lead the Corrugator department, ensuring that production schedules are met, quality procedures are maintained, and safety regulations are upheld.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the shift, emphasizing safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Act as the primary point of contact for operators regarding mechanical failures or production issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and enforce control procedures, recommending improvements to the Plant Superintendent as needed.
- Coordinate production activities with other departments to ensure timely and cost-effective production.
Requirements
- High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or Operations Management preferred.
- 3 years of corrugator supervisory experience in a packaging facility required.
