General Responsibilities
- Support production operations by assisting with make‑readies, line clearance, introducing new job materials, and performing quality checks to ensure compliance with job specifications.
- Maintain safety and efficiency through proper use of PPE, adherence to workplace safety policies, and active participation in continuous improvement and preventative maintenance activities.
- Perform material handling and reporting tasks, including operating pallet jacks and entering production and waste data.
- Perform physical job functions such as lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing, walking, and bending in a fast‑paced environment.
- Maintain housekeeping and organization standards throughout the department.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and understand instructional materials such as operating procedures, work instructions, and assembly manuals.
- Ability to follow processes and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
