Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload skids in a safe and efficient manner.
- Walk throughout the facility, including frequent use of stairs, to support production operations.
- Operate and use an air hose daily to clean equipment and work areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of the press area through routine sweeping and housekeeping.
- Sweep around the press and production equipment to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- Remove trash and debris from assigned work areas.
- Sweep underneath cassette equipment as needed to support operational cleanliness.
- Assist with general housekeeping and facility maintenance tasks.
- Operate a tow motor/forklift when required (certification required).
- Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production and operational needs.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, move, load, and unload skids safely and efficiently.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs frequently throughout the workday.
- Comfortable performing physical labor in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment, including air hoses, safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Ability to follow safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform housekeeping duties, including sweeping, trash removal, and general facility cleanup.
