Shift: 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
Summary
The Converting Utility supports converting department operations by assisting machine operators, conducting quality checks, setting up materials, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. The role is fast-paced and requires strong attention to safety and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely perform a wide range of tasks supporting manufacturing and converting operations.
- Assist operators with machine setups, tooling, jam-ups, and material staging.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure production meets specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support different machinery and assist in various production areas as needed.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in fast-paced manufacturing preferred; corrugated environment a plus.
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks.
- Strong work ethic and desire to advance.
