What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests with a warm, genuine welcome upon arrival and departure.
- Ensure smooth, efficient check-ins and check-outs while delivering top-notch customer service.
- Provide expert guidance on resort programs, package inclusions, dining options, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with booking all resort activities.
- Manage room reservations and process billing adjustments as needed.
- Address guest questions and concerns in person and over the phone with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to enhance the guest experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Enthusiastic individuals with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Comfort with computer technology and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated team players.
- Prior customer service or resort experience is a plus!
Schedule & Availability:
- Daytime, Evening, weekday and weekend shifts are available.
